3. I can't find my registration code.

4. Do I have to be a pro to use this program?
No. We hope that even inexperienced users will find it useful. You don't have to
use all of its features. For example, even novices might be interested in having
a full picture of the e-mail communications in their network.
5. Does it work under Windows 2000 and Windows XP?
Yes, it works.
6. I am connected to the LAN through a switch and when I launch
NetSecrets [e-mail] it captures only the e-mail messages sent from my
machine, I can't see the e-mail messages of other machines. Why is it so?
Unlike hubs, switches prevent promiscuous sniffing. If your network connection is
via a switch, NetSecrets [e-mail] will not be able to capture e-mail messages sent
by other machines on the network; there is nothing you can do about it.
7. Does NetSecrets [e-mail] support non-Ethernet network adapters, such as
TokenRing?
Currently no, sorry. We will add support for Token Ring in future versions.
8. Does NetSecrets [e-mail] support both incoming and outgoing email protocols?
Yes! Now we support both outgoing (SMTP) and incoming (POP3) protocols.
9. Do you have plans to add more functionality to NetSecrets [e-mail]?
Yes! With every new release we will add more and more functions and tools, just as
we did with other products that we make.
